Northpointe Retail Center- Fred Meyer
South Snohomish County, WA
Northpointe Retail Center is an
18-acre site located at the southwest corner of 164th Street SW
and Alderwood Mall Parkway. The site contains a 186,000 sf
Fred Meyer anchor store with seven smaller peripheral retail
buildings totally over 42,000 sf lease area. LSA provided
preliminary and final engineering design, and site planning
services in additional to the initial site topography, ALTA and
construction survey staking services. Fred Meyer opened
September 2009.
Staybridge Suites Mukilteo Hotel

Staybridge Suites located at 9600
Harbour Place in Mukilteo WA opened in January 2010.
There are 134 spacious apartment style suites in three
different styles to choose from, each with full kitchens. In
addition to overnight accommodations, the hotel offers ample
meeting space, a media room, fitness center, indoor pool, and
outdoor putting green just to name a few of the amenities.
